The Digital Cloud Solution Architect Leadership team is looking for a dynamic, thoughtful, energetic Executive Business Assistant to join the team and provide high level support for our General Manager (GM). This role will report to the General Manager of our Digital Customer Success business. You will work in close partnership with the Business Manager, team members within the Chief of Staff Office, a cohort of SMB Executive Assistant’s, and other key stakeholders across SMC and Microsoft. We are seeking candidates who have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at the Microsoft executive level. Support GM in person when GM is in office (approximately 1 to 2 times per month)
Manage an executive calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling including meeting logistics, and strategic prioritization of meetings.
Proactively engages with leaders and key stakeholders/business partners to make decisions and cascade information as needed.
Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the leader’s time.
Work closely with the Business Manager on Rhythm of the Business (ROB) processes, ensuring tight coordination of Executive and Team commitments.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight itinerary, hotel, logistics and conference registration.
Submit accurate and timely expense reports for the Executive, and act as interim approver on all team expense reports, ensuring coding and cost center accuracy.
Headcount and PCN management across the Customer Success team
Event planning, including scheduling and logistics (not content) for all offsites and any other events sponsored by the GM, such as bootcamps arranged in international office locations. Coordinate with event owner workback schedule and be onsite (Redmond only) to assist with event logistics.
Be an engaged member of the SMC EA team.

QualificationsRequired/minimum qualifications
5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
Additional or preferred qualifications
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft products and systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Employee Central, iCIMS, HR Insights, MSSpace, MSExpense, MSTravel, MyOrder, MSInvoice, MSAuthorize, Informa, and SharePoint.
Possess planning, organizational, time management and judgement skills.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Manage ambiguity and remain calm in stressful situations.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
Embrace challenges with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
Demonstrate anticipatory and communication skills.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
